The second draft of FSC International’s Generic Indicators for the use of Highly Hazardous Pesticides (FSC-STD-60-004a) is available for public consultation from 10 Feb 2021 to 11 April 2021.
The public consultation features a series of questions on the second draft of the proposed International Generic Indicators (IGIs) for use and risk management of Highly Hazardous Pesticides (HHPs) for stakeholder feedback.
Once approved, National standard development groups will use these IGIs as a starting point for developing national indicators as part of our National Forest Stewardship Standards (NFSS).
FSC encourages all interested stakeholders to participate and provide their input during this period, as input is critical to the development of the final draft.
