FSC International with the support of FSC France has released French translations of key FSC Standards. The following documents are now available in French:

  • FSC-DIR-20-011 EN Chain of Custody Assessments 2020-10-01
  • FSC-DIR-40-004 FR FSC Directive on Chain of Custody certification 2020.08.12
  • FSC-DIR-40-005 EN FSC Directive on FSC Controlled Wood 2019-04-05
  • FSC-STD-40-003 V2-1 FR Certification Chain of custody for several sites
  • FSC-STD-40-004a V2-1 EN Classification of FSC products
  • FSC-STD-40-006 V2-0 FR FSC standard for project certification
  • FSC-STD-40-007 V2-0 EN Procurement of recovered materials

These documents can also be found on in the standards section of the FSC Canada website as well as FSC International’s document Centre.

Due to the vocabulary arbitrations made in order to harmonize the translations between the different normative documents, the following documents have also been updated:

  • FSC-STD-40-004 V3-0 FR Chain of Custody Certification
  • FSC-STD-40-005 V3-1 EN Requirements for the procurement of FSC® Controlled Wood
  • FSC-STD-50-001 V2-0 EN Requirements for the use of the FSC® mark by certificate holders
  • FSC Trademark Use Guide for Promotional License Holders (50-002) - FR - June 2020

Additional normative documents are currently being translated. They will be made available on the FSC Canada website and the FSC International documentation center as and when they are published.
