In January 2011, the FSC Canada Board of Directors appointed a Standards Interpretation Committee to provide an interpretation of Indicator 2.3.3 for the National Boreal Standard (2004), as per the Standard Interpretation Request submitted by QMI, an FSC accredited Certification Body.
