FSC Canada is pleased to report that there are now over 40 million hectares (100 million acres) of FSC-certified forest lands in Canada, which represents a 360% increase since 2005 - an area equivalent to half the size of Alberta!
This rapid growth in supply of FSC-certified fibre is anticipated to continue as an additional 10 million ha (24 million acres) of forests are in the process of becoming certified. Click for a list of FSC-certified Forests in Canada
