More than 85,000 wooden eggs were used in this year’s Easter Roll, each expertly crafted and painted, and including the signatures of the President and First Lady.
This is the 6th year that the President has chosen FSC-certified wood for the Easter eggs in addition to the FSC-certified paper chosen for the one million invitations printed for the Presidential Inauguration in January 2009.
