These webinars will be useful for anyone with an interest in the FSC controlled wood system, including organizations and FSC-accredited certification bodies that will be implementing and auditing the revised system, stakeholders interested in participating in and monitoring the revised system.

The main topics of the webinars will be the phasing out of the option for companies to conduct their own risk assessments for sourcing controlled wood on 31 December 2015, and how the transition from the current to the revised controlled wood system will be managed once the final requirements are approved.

Two two-hour sessions, each with the same content, will be held on 26 May, the first at 09:00 and the second at 17:00 Central European Summer Time (UTC +2). The times have been chosen to enable stakeholders from different parts of the world to take part. Participants will have the chance to ask questions and receive answers.

The webinars will be recorded and made available to all stakeholders afterwards. Those who may not be able to attend but are interested in obtaining information are still encouraged to register. This will ensure that they receive information about how to access the recordings, which will be uploaded to the FSC website.

Register now to save the date in your calendar, and receive more information on the webinar before it takes place.
