The Rainforest Alliance is conducting a chain of custody certification assessment (including controlled sourcing) of Ecotrust Canada located in British Columbia, Canada. The evaluation will be implemented between October 25th and 28th.
As a part of the chain of custody certification evaluation process stakeholders are invited to offer comment and feedback. Your input will be valuable at any stage of the evaluation process, but would prefer to receive your comments either prior to the evaluation, during the evaluation, or prior to October 28th so that they can be taken into consideration in reaching a certification decision by November 25th. Your options for communicating your observations are as follows.
- 1. Meet with a Rainforest Alliance evaluation team member during or shortly after the fieldwork.
- 2. Call and give comments to Aneeka Malik, the Rainforest Alliance staff person responsible for coordinating this certification evaluation. If Aneeka Malik is not in the office, please give your comments to Gillian Koh.
- 3. Submit written comments by mail, FAX or email to Aneeka Malik. Unless you request otherwise, these comments will be kept confidential and are solely for the purposes of assessing the controlled sourcing practices of Ecotrust Canada.
