The Rainforest Alliance will conduct a forest management certification reassessment of Groupe Crête Division Riopel Inc. This reassessment is on their forestry operations on approx. 402 000 ha of public land located in the Capitale Nationale region, Quebec, Canada (forest management unit 062-51).
As a part of the forest certification assessment process, we invite comments and feedback on Groupe Crête division Riopel Inc.’s forest management practices. Comments will be kept confidential, unless requested otherwise by commentator, and are solely for the purpose of assisting Rainforest Alliance to assess management on these territories. Rainforest Alliance must receive comments prior to February 7th 2014, so that we can take them into consideration in reaching a certification decision.
