Tyler will replace Colin Richardson, Council of the Haida Nation (Aboriginal Chamber) and John will replace Renaud Gagne of Unifor (Social chamber) who have decided to resign due to unforeseen circumstances.
The changes are in-line with section 12 of FSC Canada’s by-laws which state: Should a vacancy occur in the Board of Directors, a new member will be appointed to fill the remainder of the term vacated, by a vote of the Board of Directors within 30 days.
The FSC Canada Board and staff would like to thank Colin and Renaud for their short but operative time on the board.
